Q. How do I pay for the services I signed up for?
You will receive an invoice via e-mail. The invoice will have a link to our client area and it will give you the option to pay by check or via PayPal.

Q. Do I have to sign up for PayPal to pay for my fees?
No, you can pay with your credit card through PayPal.

Q. Can I pay you by check?
Yes, once you receive your invoice simply select the payment option to pay with a check and send it to the address indicated. We will not initiate any of our services until your check has cleared. Please be advised that we charge $20 for bounced checks.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
Under Cumberland County Law where we operate, we do not need to charge sales tax for intangible products and services that are electronically delivered. So, no, we do not charge sales tax, unless you request us to burn a CD of all the files we used for your website. If we do send you a CD of your files, we are required to charge sales tax for the whole price of the website design service.

Q. What kind of support do I get once my website is complete?
At Greenberg Web Services, once you are a client you will always be our client. Even if you do not host with us we will be providing you our support either via our client area, by e-mail, or by phone. We do require for you to open support tickets so we can keep track of open requests, and close them when they are satisfied. The only time we charge is if we have to login to your account(s) and do the work ourselves.

Q. How do I open support tickets?
You can open tickets either by logging in to your account through our client area or by sending an e-mail to support@greenbergws.com from your registered e-mail. If you send it using a non-registered e-mail, a ticket will not be opened and we will not receive your request. If you need us to walk you through something, open a ticket first then call us toll free at 888-5-GET-GWS (543-8497) Ext 30 or chat with us through our support chat via our website.

Q. Are your Internet Advertising Services for Fayetteville, NC businesses only?
Yes, only businesses located in Fayetteville, North Carolina may sign up for our internet advertising services. However, any business may sign up for our other services.

Website Design & Ecommerce Solutions
Q. What is your website design process?
Once you have decided that your business is ready for a website, here is our website design process:
1. You complete our questionnaire
2. Upon ongoing coordination with you, we will give you a price and time quote
3. We agree upon and sign a website design contract; you pay 50% up front
4. You provide all necessary content for your website
5. We complete a draft and post it on our server for your 1st review*
6. You review it and make a list for revision #1
7. We accomplish your required changes and repost for your 2nd review
8. You review it and make a list for revision #2, if needed
9. We accomplish your required changes and post the final draft for your approval; any design changes during this timeframe will be charged our service fee at 10-minute increments
10. You pay the remaining 50% of fees and anything else added during the design process that is not included in the contract
11. We upload to your host of preference (provided they meet the system requirements for the content management system we are using for your website)
12. We submit your website to up to 5 free search engines/directories based on our discretion
* We will host your draft site up to three months. After that if feedback from you is lacking, we will start charging our monthly hosting fees based on the size of your website.

Q. Can you give me some documentation that will help me update my website?
Yes. After your website is complete and upon request, we can give you a professional continuity document that you will be able to use to take over and update your website yourself. This document will include the version of the platform(s) used, any plugins used, and any modifications made. We also include information about the layout of the theme/template files we created for your website. We also provide the resources you will need to work with each platform that runs your website as well as the support we will give you should you need it in the future.

Q. How do I get copies of my Website Files?
In addition to setting up your website to your hosting account, we will also send you a zipped file of all your files.
