FamilyVenue.com is LIVE!
FAMILYVENUE is now online! Although the directory is up and running, we have deemed this a BETA version as we will be making major improvements within the next few months. Here is what you should expect to see in the near future:
- Listings will be verified for accuracy and family-friendly status - we need your help with this!
- Map of FamilyVenue (FV) Card offers from participating businesses and organizations
- FV VIP Cards (will not be made until after at least 30 businesses and organizations participate)
- FamilyVenue Buzz - News, events, specials, and interviews with listing businesses and organizations
- Improved website script functionality - Order cards online, rate/review listings, VIP card registration, and much more!
Get a FREE FamilyVenue Card for each business/organization you refer to accept it ($20 value!). Simply have them fill out the FamilyVenue Card Offer Form and write your Username or User ID in the "referral name or code" field. Make sure we have your accurate contact information in your profile so that we can mail your card(s) to you once the cards are made!
Now is a great opportunity for you to give us some feedback. Do you like what you see? Is there something you'd like to see that is not there? Is something not working that we may have overlooked? Please let us know!
We have already started contacting local family-friendly businesses and you may soon hear about us in the paper or radio. Please help us spread the word.
